Research on the Deep Processing and Comprehensive Recycling Technology of Refining Sewage

This project adopts chemical and the special microorganism denitrogenation processing technologies, according to the “second-level” standard of the outside waste water of petrochemical enterprise, as well as the ozone - biology carbon combination core technologies (in January, 2005, public patent (announcement)No.of national invention: 1565999), after removing the pollutants such as COD, SS and so on,making use of the high performance denitrogenation effect and the growing condition of special project autotrophic bacterium (spore bacillus RNB-1),while the microorganism are carrying on denitrogenation, the growth of the heterotrophic bacteria has been suppressed, the traditional process of adsorption and denitrogenation as well as chemical sterilization have been substituted,and the running cost has been decreased (above 30%), the water quality of the main effluent can achieve the index as follows: (1) COD <= 20mg/m3, (2) ammonia nitrogen <= 3mg/m3, (3) oils <= 0.5mg/m3, (4) SS <= 10mg/m3, has reached the demand of industry circulating water and make-up water.

Comparing with the traditional processing technologies, the study has  simplified the crafts, improved the reusing efficiency of the oil refining  wastewater, reduced the running cost , reduced the secondary pollution during the treating processes (the regeneration of sorbent) , realized the recycling and multiway using of the wastewater, and has the extreme value of popularizing in the treatment and recycling of wastewater in petrochemical industries ,it has passed the appraisal of Ministry of Education in 2003, and has reached a national top standard . We  completed an on-site installation of 1200t/d in Dalian Petrochemical Company affiliated to the China National Petroleum Corporation in 2006, and passed the inspection and acceptance of environment competent department at the beginning of 2007, economic benefits was up to 861,900 RMB / a.

The technology won the third prize of progress in science and technology of Shandong Province in 2003. Five graduate students have been cultivated.
