The project firstly selects material type of modified additives which are suitable for the ammonium nitrate through plenty of experiments, And put forward the feasibility plan of industrial production. modified ammonium nitrate samples passed the detection of the National Civilian Blasting Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, it proves that the antiknock properties meet the national requirements of relevant standards. Center of Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences laboratory analysis proved that the modified ammonium nitrate containing N, P two kinds of ingredients, the total nutrient is quite to ordinary ammonium nitrate , the particle strength is high , and has the excellent fertilizer quality that is hard to pulverize, agglomerate, absorb moisture . finally, determine the control of production and the ultimate product quality standards through laboratory and field tests.

PetroChina Co Ltd Jilin Petrochemical fertilizer plant modify the existing ammonium nitrate unit, and achieved good effects through on-site operation.
